Orders & Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Might As Well Co. never receives or stores your full credit card number or security code.

If we find a mistake in a product listing or price after you've placed an order, we'll contact you to explain your options.

Shipping & Local Delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping is $5.95, or free on orders of $50 or more.

Ready-to-ship items generally leave Castle Rock within three business days. Custom and made-to-order items may take longer. If there's a delay, we'll let you know.

Live in Castle Rock? We offer free local delivery. Just pick "Castle Rock local delivery" in your cart, for ZIP codes 80104, 80108, 80109.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can make it right.

Custom & Personalized Orders

For custom orders, you are responsible for making sure you have permission to use any photos, logos, or artwork you provide. We reserve the right to decline orders that may violate someone else's copyright or trademark.

If someone makes a claim against us over artwork you provided, you agree to cover what it costs us.

For custom orders that require design approval, the sale is final once you approve the proof, unless the finished product is damaged, defective, or different from what you approved.

Our Products

Our products are thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted, with some made especially for you. Subtle variations in color, texture, and finish are a natural part of the process, giving each piece its own unique character.

Please follow any instructions or safety information provided with your purchase.

Found Things Tags

If you have one of our Found Things tags, it gives someone who finds your lost item a way to contact you. It isn't a tracking device, and we can't guarantee that a lost item will be returned.

You control the information shared through your tag and can update or deactivate it.

For safety, never put a school, grade, or home address on a tag, and set up a new tag before you attach it to anything.

Finders can message you through us. We pass messages on without reading them, so we can't promise every message will be pleasant.

If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give active tag owners at least 90 days' notice by email and a copy of their saved information. If circumstances beyond our control prevent that, we'll provide as much notice as possible.

Our Responsibility

We stand behind the products we make and want the opportunity to resolve any problems.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service involved. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes to These Terms

As our business grows, we may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top whenever we do. Changes won't affect the terms of orders already placed.

These terms are governed by Colorado law, subject to applicable consumer protections. Any legal disputes will be handled in Douglas County, Colorado, where permitted by law.
