How It Works

1. Tell us what you're looking for. Send us your logo, the product you're interested in, how many you need, and when you need them.
2. We'll create a free design proof and quote. You'll see what your finished product will look like, along with pricing, before making any commitment.
3. Approve your design. Once you're happy with everything, we'll send an invoice. Production begins after payment.
4. We'll take care of the rest. Your order is made in Castle Rock, Colorado, and shipped directly to you. Local delivery is also available.

A Few Things to Know

• Minimum Orders

  Our minimum is 12 pieces of the same design. Pricing varies by quantity, with better per-piece pricing on larger orders.

• Production Time

  Most orders take approximately 2 to 3 weeks after design approval and payment, plus shipping time. Planning holiday gifts? We recommend reaching out by November 15.

• Your Logo

  SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF files work best, but a high-quality PNG is fine too. Send us what you have, and we'll take a look.

• Colors & Design

  We can incorporate up to four colors into a single piece, using the closest available colors to your brand. Some fine details may need adjusting, and we'll show you any changes in your proof before production.

• Artwork Permissions

  Please make sure you own or have permission to use any logos or artwork you provide.

• Custom Order Returns

  You can make changes or cancel before approving your proof. Once approved and in production, custom orders are final unless something arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved design. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• Tax-Exempt Organizations

  Ordering for a school or nonprofit? If your purchase qualifies for a sales tax exemption, send us your exemption certificate before payment so we can apply it.
