Changed your mind? That's okay. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Something wrong with your order? We'll make it right.
Changed your mind?
- Ornaments and other products: Unused items can be returned within 30 days. We'll provide a free return label and issue a full refund.
- Found Things tags: Request a full refund within 30 days. No return needed. Keep or recycle the tags. If you've activated them, we'll deactivate them and delete the information you entered.
- Custom orders: Cancel for a full refund before approving your proof. Once approved and in production, custom orders are final unless something is wrong.

Something wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it. Your choice, at no cost to you.

Shipping & Refunds
Orders ship from Castle Rock, Colorado, within three business days. If there's a delay, we'll let you know and offer a full refund if you'd rather not wait.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within three business days. Your bank may take a little longer.
Our Found Things Promise
If we ever close Found Things, we'll give active tag owners at least 90 days' notice and a copy of their saved information. If that's not possible, we'll give as much notice as we can.
