Why we made it

Some people know exactly what they want for Christmas: cash. We get it. We just thought opening it could be a little more festive than tearing into an envelope.

So we made an ornament that turns giving money into part of the celebration. A little puzzle, a few laughs, and maybe a little cheering when it finally opens.

They still get exactly what they wanted. You just get to have a little more fun giving it.

How it works

  1. Add your gift money. Twist and lift the ornament's round top off its base. Roll up your money, slide it onto the center post, then put the top back on and twist it into place.
  2. Give it. Hang the ornament on the tree or hand it over as a gift. They'll twist and gently lift the top, following the maze until it opens. No key, no code, just a little Christmas puzzle to solve.
  3. Use it again. Once the ornament is open, put it back together for another round of holiday fun. Same ornament, new Christmas memories.
