About Might As Well Co.
Good ideas have to start somewhere.
Might As Well Co. is a small family business in Castle Rock, Colorado, built around a pretty simple idea: if something could be better, easier, more useful, more fun, or simply ought to exist, it might be worth making.
Not every idea will work. But ideas deserve the chance to become something.
And the good ones deserve to exist.
We might as well make them.
So, why “Might As Well”?
Because might as well is how a surprising number of good ideas begin.
- There's probably a better way to do this.Might as well find it.
- I wonder if this would work.Might as well try.
- I wish someone made one of these.Might as well make it.
- Wouldn't it be cool if...Might as well find out.
And I'm Ginger.
I'm the human behind it. Might As Well Co. started the way a lot of things in my life start. I had an idea, couldn't find quite the right thing, and thought, well, I might as well make it.
I'm a mom, a maker, a problem solver, and someone who genuinely loves figuring out how things could work better.
When something feels harder than it needs to be, my brain has a hard time just leaving it there. I skip pretty quickly from “that's annoying” to “wait, why are we doing it this way?” to “what if there's a completely different way to solve this?”
I notice friction.
That's usually where the fun starts.
And then comes the question that gets me every time:
- What if I just try?Well... might as well.
One problem solved at a time.
I'm especially drawn to the little problems.
The extra step. The thing you have to remember. The five minutes you shouldn't have had to spend.
Those minutes matter.
Time is one of the few things none of us can make more of. If something I make removes one annoying step and gives you ten minutes of your Tuesday back, then it was worth making. Ten minutes back. One less annoying thing. Hopefully, a better Tuesday.
Right now, that looks like Found Things. A simple way to help lost things find their way home without putting your personal information on them or turning getting something back into another project.
And there's more coming. 3D printed things. Useful things. Clever things. Occasionally weird things.
We don't know exactly what we'll make next. That's kind of the point.
Good humans. Good things.
Underneath all of it, I'm really just a good human trying to do good things for other good humans.
We're a family business, and family matters here. So does time. So does treating people well, making things thoughtfully, and remembering that there's a real human on the other side of everything we make.
I want to build a company we're proud to have our family behind. One that keeps trying, keeps learning, listens when something could be better, and hopefully leaves a few things better than we found them.
That doesn't mean everything we make needs to change the world.
Sometimes doing good means solving a problem. Sometimes it means giving someone a little time back. Sometimes it means putting a good idea into the world. And sometimes it just means making another human smile. Those things matter too.

We want to make things we're proud to put our name on. Things we'd use ourselves, give to someone we love, or be genuinely delighted to discover.
Big problem. Tiny annoyance. Really good idea. Completely random “what if?” There's room here for all of it.
If we can solve a problem, give someone a little time back, put a good idea into the world, or just make another good human smile?
